The Career Educators Alliance (CEA) Conference, hosted by AACS, is respected as one of the premier education conferences catering to cosmetology, barber, esthetics, nail, and massage instructors from across North America. The CEA Conference brings together a diverse community of educators, creating a platform for networking, learning, and growth. At the heart of the conference is our shared objective: to educate, support, and uplift beauty, barber, and wellness educators in their mission to enhance education for the students they serve.
