Gainful Employment Webinar: Update and Overview of Reporting Requirements

Duane Morris will be hosting a webinar to discuss the reporting requirements contained in 34 CFR § 668.408 in the Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment Final Rule which are set to take effect October 1, 2024. The webinar will cover the required data that institutions must report, guidance provided by the Department of Education on this topic, and proactive actions that institutions should take now in order to ensure compliance by the October 1, 2024 deadline. The webinar will additionally include a brief update on the AACS lawsuit attempting to invalidate the Gainful Employment Final Rule.
