Take a Breath: Guided Breathwork Session with Elizabeth Faye

This is a self-care session. This is for you. Find a quiet, safe space — your home, your office, anywhere you can close the door and not be interrupted. Dim the lights if you'd like. Lay on a mat, settle into a comfortable chair, or rest on your bed. If your parked car is the safest space for you, that works too (please, never while driving). A few gentle notes to prepare: • Wear something comfortable • Optional: an eye mask, a water bottle, and a journal • Please don't drive immediately after — you may feel deeply relaxed or sleepy We'll move through guided breathwork, which supports emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and stress relief, followed by guided meditation. Elizabeth will also share some of the science behind why these practices are so powerful for our mental and emotional health. This is simply a space to be present with yourself. To exhale. To clear your mind. To remember that clear, grounded leaders are exactly what this moment calls for — and you are one of them.
