Strand Institute Student Creates Winning Masquerade Look at AACS Annual Conference

Genesis Garcia of Strand Institute of Beauty & Esthetics created the winning mask design at the AACS Annual Conference Masquerade Ball. Her design brought together elements of intrigue, drama, and vibrancy--and won the judges' vote for best student designed mask. Garcia is a student in the nail program and recently graduated from Strand in late October.
